SUMMARY:Defensive Handgun ll (CCW Permit/PPOH) 2-Day &amp\; Renewals
DESCRIPTION:The Defensive Handgun II class often meets the requirements for
obtaining a Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) permit in many CA jurisdictions\
, as well as in a number of other states. Through a combination of classro
om and range training over two days (16 hours)\, we will cover the knowled
ge and skills required to carry a firearm for personal protection outside
the home\, incompliance with California law. \n\nWe follow the NRA Person
al Protection Outside the Home (PPOH) Course. Upon completing the class\,
 you will receive a certificate from 29 Outdoor Gear\, a full-service FFL g
un store and approved training provider for Napa\, Solano\, Sonoma County\
, Contra Costa\, and Santa Clara  Sheriff's Departments\, and City of Nap
a\, Central Marin\, Town of Ross\, City of Winters\, Martinez\, and San Fr
ancisco  Police Departments. Several other law enforcement agencies recog
nize our CCW training as well\, such as the Sacramento\, Yolo\, Sheriff's
Departments and Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety. Ask the agency you
are applying to if our training course will meet their requirements. Our i
nstructors are\, at minimum\, NRA Certified\, and many hold multiple crede
ntials such as DOJ\, BSIS\, POST\, and USCCA. Threat Scenarios is the trai
 ning division of 29 Outdoor Gear. \n\nDay 1 (8-Hours Classroom):\n\nStude

with a firearm while under stress.\n\n\nPrerequisites:\n\nIdeally\, the st
