SUMMARY:Intro to Gun Fighting: Moving and Shooting
DESCRIPTION:Our Gunfighting Class series is designed for students who have 
 an interest in learning speed shooting fundamentals and working on handgun
  retention techniques and CQB handgun defense. Over the the one day course
  you will learn things such as:\n\n*Proper stance and grip for speed shoot
 ing\n*The concept of acceptable accuracy\n*Target focused shooting techniq
 ues\n*CCW defense against weapons\n*Handgun retention techniques and strik
 es\n*Retention shooting\n\nPrerequisites:\n\nAll students must be legally 
 able to possess a firearm in the State of California.\nAt least a basic un
 derstanding of firearms safety rules.\nAbility to safely manipulate your f
 irearm.\n\nWhat to Bring:\n\nGear: Ear protection (plugs or muffs)\, eye p
 rotection (wrap around glasses or glasses with some form of side protectio
 n preferred). Athletic shoes. It's an outdoor range so check the weather a
 nd dress accordingly. We run rain or shine.  \n\nFirearm: Bring a reliab
 le semi-automatic handgun or revolver and at least 250 rounds of ammunitio
 n.  \n\nREQUIRED: A holster and magazine pouches on a belt. While drawing
  and reloading is not part of the curriculum\, it's highly suggested that 
 each student bring the gear that they either carry or train with to get th
 e most out of the class.\n\nWhere to Go:\n\nWe will be using the Hillside 
 Private Property\, which is located a short drive from central American Ca
 nyon. It is not open to the public\, and its exact location will only be d
 isclosed to students of the class.  We will start at 9am sharp and contin
 ue to around 4pm. Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the class starts.
