Our Technical Handgun class is the most thorough, investigative approach to deciphering what it will take to make you a better pistol shooter. Instead of using a more subjective teaching style, this class will break down your core competencies in every component of shooting. You will be tested in accuracy, gun control at speed, transitions, draws, reloads, footwork, grip strength, reaction time, moving between positions, and shooting on the move. Your abilities will be evaluated by our experienced instructors and you will also be provided with a custom debrief on errors you’ve made and what you should practice. Are you a fast shooter, but slow on your feet? Are you capable of shooting tight groups at distance, but watch them widen as you attempt quick follow-up shots? What’s the easiest path to improvement?

This is not a beginner class. The purpose is not to teach you how to hit a target, but rather how to refine abilities you already have and how to direct your practice sessions towards where you will have the most return on investment.

We will start at 9am and will continue until around 4pm with a break for lunch.
